David Thorsen Endowed Scholarship was established to provide an award to a student who intends to become a choral conductor.

Eligibility
This scholarship is open to students who meet the following criteria:
- Must have declared an interest in the musical theatre field
- Full-time enrollment at CSUF
- Good academic standing
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0

- Commitment and potential in the musical theatre field
- Academic excellence (minimum 3.0 GPA)
