University of York can support you financially if you are admitted to one of its study programmes as an international student.
University of York awards scholarships, bursaries, tuition fee reductions and discounts that help you cover existing tuition and living costs.
Benefits
10% tuition fee discount
Eligibility
Open to International (including EU) and UK (home) students.
To be eligible you will need to:
- have successfully completed an undergraduate degree (including integrated Masters courses) from the University of York (applies to any year of graduation)
or
- have successfully completed a period of study as a visiting student
or
- have successfully completed a period of study on one of our short courses for partner universities from January 2021 onwards
and
- hold an offer for entry to a full or part-time postgraduate taught course (MA, MSc, PG Dip, PG Cert and MRes) at York, including distance learning.
Excluded courses
- MA Public Policy (Mundus MAPP)
- PGCE (other funding is available for PGCE courses)
- MA Social Work
- LLM Law (Juris Doctor)
- Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL)
- Hull York Medical School intercalated degree
- Health Professions Education course (MSc, PG Dip and PG Cert) where students are already in receipt of a tuition fee discount
- Postgraduate research degrees
