Description
To be eligible to apply the applicant must be in receipt of an offer for the MRes Clinical Research – Translational Medicine to commence in October.
Benefits
Up to 3 bursaries are offered to home fee-paying students. Each bursary is valued at £7,450, which is applied for the 1-year programme.
Eligibility
- The NIHR Imperial BRC is delighted to be able to award up to three bursaries to home fee status participants of the MRes in Clinical Research – Translational Medicine pathway programme for the academic year. Bursaries are available to those currently holding an offer for the academic year to start the MRes Clinical Research (Translational Medicine pathway).
To receive the bursary, you must
- Accepted the offer and have fulfilled all offer criteria.
- Home status fee-paying students whose aim is to complete the full MRes over 1 year.

Apply online for the MRes Clinical Research – Translational Medicine pathway programme.
Include a 1-page personal statement outlining your reasons for undertaking the programme and how it will benefit your career. Clearly label the top of your personal statement with: "BRC Funding Opportunity".
Your programme application will also serve as your application for the bursary. No separate funding application is required.
