Description
Applicants are automatically assessed for the scholarship when they apply for admission. Awards are made at the Programme Manager's discretion, based on previous academic achievement and, where applicable, success in Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) professional examinations. The scholarship cannot be combined with another Heriot-Watt-funded scholarship.

Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Apply for one of the eligible MSc actuarial programmes.
- Demonstrate a strong academic record, and/or
- Have a strong record of passing Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) professional examinations.
