Description
The BTC Future Lawyer Scholarship is available to applicants enrolling on the Barrister Training Course (BTC) and its master's and Professional Legal Studies variants at BPP University. The scholarship is designed for aspiring barristers who can demonstrate clear career goals, strong motivation, and the potential to succeed in the legal profession. Applicants are considered for awards ranging from partial to full tuition fee scholarships.
Benefits
The scholarship provides financial support towards tuition fees. Awards include £3,000, half tuition fees, or full tuition fees, depending on the outcome of the scholarship assessment.
Eligibility
- Must have applied for an eligible Barrister Training Course (BTC) at BPP University.
- Must submit a scholarship application by the relevant deadline.
- Must have achieved, or be on track to achieve, a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree or equivalent (or a 2:2 with accepted mitigating circumstances).
- Must not hold full sponsorship for tuition fees from another organisation.
- Must be a new student enrolling on the course.
- Must demonstrate strong academic achievement, career progression, and the potential to succeed as a barrister.
