Description

The MA History of Art scholarship offers a fee waiver for part-time or full-time Home postgraduate taught students for the 2026/27 academic year.

Students on the Curating and Collections Management pathways of the MA are not eligible to apply.

Benefits

£6,000 to be used for tuition fees only.

If your programme is over multiple years then the payment will be split across those years.

Eligibility

  • You must be a Home student.
  • You must be applying to study on a Birkbeck programme that is based at our Bloomsbury campus in London (this includes programmes delivered online).
  • This award is available to applicants of academic merit studying the MA History of Art in the School of Historical Studies.
