- Apply and be admitted to the Master of Science in Higher Education Administration program for Fall
- Submit a completed scholarship application
- Enroll in the Fall semester to receive the award (not transferable to another term)
- Submit a brief statement of purpose outlining your professional goals and intended impact in higher education
- Students must be an aid eligible citizen of the United States, a U.S. lawful permanent resident, or have an aid eligible visa for scholarships
