Description

The Curtin Global Talent Scholarship supports international students who began their studies at a Curtin global campus and wish to transfer to the Curtin Perth campus. It provides a one‑off tuition credit to help students continue their degree in Western Australia and benefit from a globally connected learning experience.

Benefits

When awarded this scholarship, students receive:

A one‑off AUD 10,000 credit applied directly to their tuition fees.

The scholarship amount is credited after the census date of the student’s first study period at the Curtin WA campus.

The scholarship reduces overall tuition costs, but:

It does not cover living expenses, accommodation, health insurance, or other costs.

It cannot be refunded or withdrawn in cash.

It cannot be extended beyond the set amount.

Eligibility

  • Must be an international, full‑fee paying, non‑sponsored student.
  • Must have already commenced studies at one of Curtin’s global campuses.
  • Must be enrolled in a Curtin undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree.
  • Must transfer to and study at the Curtin Western Australia (Perth) campus.
  • Must study at least one year (minimum 200 credits) at the WA campus.
  • Must maintain Good Standing academic status from application until commencement at the WA campus.
  • Must maintain full‑time enrolment during the scholarship period.
  • Cannot defer beyond a 2026 start date.
  • Cannot already hold another scholarship or sponsorship.
  • Must not take a Leave of Absence or withdraw from the course during the scholarship.
  • Must comply with all Curtin policies, procedures, and scholarship conditions.

There is no separate scholarship application required.Students should:

Apply for their Curtin course through one of Curtin University’s registered education agents,

OR

Apply directly online via Curtin’s official application portal.

Once a student submits a qualifying course application:

They are automatically assessed for the Curtin Global Talent Scholarship.

If eligible, they will receive a supplementary scholarship letter along with their Letter of Offer.
