Description
This scholarship was founded in 1964 from a bequest from Dr Thomas Ewing to establish and maintain one or more travelling research scholarships.

The scholarship is valued up to $20,000.
Eligibility
You must:
- be enrolled to study a full-time master's by research or PhD in the Sydney School of Education and Social Work
- be undertaking research in the field of education
- demonstrate a need to undertake travel overseas, interstate or outside Sydney as part of your degree
- start your travel by 31 December in the year of application
- be a graduate or graduate of the Sydney School of Education and Social Work.
