Description
Marshall Scholars embody the UK and USA’s special relationship, and are chosen for their academic ability, leadership and ambassadorial potential.
Marshall Scholarships are mainly funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and are overseen by the Marshall Aid Commemoration Commission. Through the University of Hull and Marshall Aid Commemoration Commission’s agreement there is one award available for Marshall Scholars planning to study a graduate degree programme.

Students must first become a Marshall Scholar, information on the application and selection process can be found on the Marshall Scholarships website.
In the US the selection process is managed by the regional Consulates General in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco, and in Washington DC by the British Embassy.
