Eligibility
- Be a Resident of an OAS member state: OAS scholarships are exclusively oriented to residents of OAS member states.
- Complete the application process: The applicant must complete the admissions process to the postgraduate program of their choice directly with Universidad Europea and pay the enrollment fee to guarantee a spot in the program.
- Once admitted to the University, the applicant must complete the application form that will be shared with admission, in order to be considered for a scholarship.
