They pay a lot of attention to group and project work. It is up to the student how much he/she invests into their studies. I think students here have a lot of freedom to study what they are interessted in, in their project. Also the courses concentrated a lot on group work and discussion, which was sometimes interesting and sometimes annoying, when nobody read the texts...
