Great school for in-state students, not as big of campus as people make it seem. There are a lot of clubs and activities for students to create their own bubble. Professors are very nice and approachable and TA's offer a lot of help when needed.

There may seem like there is nothing to do in Storrs, but it is what you make of it. I've made amazing memories here. You can go to concerts at Jorgensen, cheer on the men's and women's basketball teams at Gampel. NYC and Boston are a drive away.
