Objectives The University of Gaziantep has always tried to train its students as enlightened, research-minded, scientifically-oriented graduates of good character. The main objectives of the University are:
Cultural, scientific, technical, medical and vocational education and training,
Fundamental and applied research,
Development of perspectives with respect to social issues, responsibilities and ethics,
Technical, scientific and cultural exchanges with similar institutions at national and international levels,
Professional adaptation to our rapidly changing society and the world in general, with particular attention to European Higher Education Area,
Contribution to the development of Turkey.
Almost all units of our university have laboratories available for training purposes related to their own subjects. Besides these laboratories, at each of 9 different departments and provincial divisions, computer laboratories with internet connection are set up for students for their education, research, thesis and homework.

Gaziantep University is one of the best universities in Turkey in terms of Engineering studies. All engineering programs are in English. I could say that Im satisfied with my experience at this university, and I do think in future after finishing my PhD study again post-doctorate at this university. I have a great team of students and doctors, and we do work together in a beautiful environment. We sit a lot together and speak about our studies, and how we can help each other and be happy together always. We live nice and healthy days in our lab, we do work under the title of Food Waste Management lab because our research focuses on ways to reuse and minimize food waste.
Currently it's good in the time maybe it's change.

In the library, with its 7000 meter-square closed area, there are 8 reading rooms, 2 exhibition rooms, 1 movie theater and 1 conference hall.
