Our research centres foster innovative and inter-disciplinary research that makes a difference to the world and contributes to the common good. In the 2014 Research Excellence Framework Newman entered a significant proportion of its academic staff, with much of the work submitted rated as Internationally Excellent, and research in three areas classified as World-Leading.

We welcome those who have graduated within the last three years from Newman University and students from other institutions, who cannot access the university careers service where they completed their degree.
