Since 1998, L’École de design Nantes Atlantique has been located on the technological campus Atlanpole La Chantrerie, in the northeastern area of Nantes (France), housed in a custom-built facility thanks to the support of local authorities (Nantes Saint-Nazaire Chamber of commerce and industry, the Pays de la Loire regional authorities, the Loire-Atlantique area local council, Nantes Métropole).
L’École de design Nantes Atlantique offers several types of degree program, depending on the level of studies and the course chosen.
L’École de design centers its expertise on socio-economic issues, by combining teaching, experimental research and support with innovation, within its Design Labs which develop design research programs within dedicated chairs.
L’École de design Nantes Atlantique is an active member of various academic networks and professional organizations: Conférence des Grandes Écoles (top-tier French higher education institutions), Campus France... For many years, its students have been awarded prizes in prestigious competitions. The successful careers pursued by our graduates is good proof of the quality of our teaching methods.

Feel Français is dedicated to making living and studying in France as easy as possible.
Constructed in 1962, the University Library is very typical of libraries of that era. As a result, it needs to be updated to suit modern needs in terms of uses, users and standards.The managers of the University Library wanted it to become a space for discussion, culture and sharing, offering students additional facilities to support personal development and contribute to the success of projects.
Several computer rooms are available for students: a total of 120 workstations, under Mac and PC environment, with access to high-speed fiber optic Internet.Otherwise, students have the possibility to connect their laptop to the school’s WiFi network and acceed to Internet freely and openly.
L’École de design Nantes Atlantique is established on the high-tech cluster of La Chantrerie in Nantes (France), alongside companies and engineering schools: École des Mines, École polytechnique de l’Université de Nantes, École Supérieure du Bois, École Nationale Vétérinaire and ICAM (Institut Catholique des Arts et Métiers)
The campus is situated by the Erdre, a tributary of the Loire river. It borders the park of La Chantrerie where students can picnic on sunny days.
