History
Founded in Geneva in 1995 as the Institut de Formation de Gestionnaire de Patrimoine, its primary focus was to train Swiss private bankers. In 2010, it was rebranded as Geneva Business School to meet increasing demand for practical business education. In 2018, Geneva Business School expanded to Madrid, opening its second campus in Spain.
Education
Geneva Business School in Madrid offers Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes, taught 100% in English with a project-based approach.Throughout their educational journey, Bachelor's and Master's students can choose one of the following specializations:

- International Relations (powered by International Institute in Geneva, part of the Geneva Business School Network)

Research
The International Research Centre is the hub for all Geneva Business School-related research activity and specifically programmes looking at sports management, technology in business education, and leadership and work in the 21st century, encouraging projects that involve international collaboration primarily on:

Student Experience supports students throughout their journey at Geneva Business School, on campus as well as off campus. The team coordinates onboarding and student guidance, connecting them with student ambassadors and the student committee, and helps access campus services and activities. Through events, clubs and community initiatives, Student Experience makes it easy to meet people, settle in quickly, and get the most out of life on campus in Geneva, Barcelona, or Madrid.
Housing services
Finding accommodation is a key part of settling in, and Geneva Business School supports students with practical guidance throughout the process. The team shares tips on where to live, estimated budgets, and trusted platforms and agencies to search for housing. Our student services representatives will guide you through the many options at your disposal before arriving in Madrid, namely a shared flat, a studio apartment, or a student residence.
Library services
Geneva Business School’s library supports academic resources in business, management, and research, including access to a leading online research database of peer-reviewed journals and publications. Students can use digital articles and tools to strengthen assignments, projects, and dissertations throughout their programme.

Student clubs
Student associations at Geneva Business School are student-led initiatives where students with like-minded interests come together to create clubs on their campus. These clubs build community and encourage collaboration through social, cultural, and sports activities, while also supporting professional interests.
