Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) was founded in 1957, though some sources mention 1960, and officially established on November 10, 1960, to accelerate technological development in Indonesia. It is a prominent research university in Surabaya known for its focus on science, technology, and maritime fields.

Library services
The Co-working Space and Development Studies Reading Room are among the facilities provided by the Department of Development Studies ITS for students and the academic community, offering services such as borrowing, returning, extending, and accessing a variety of library collections that support the teaching and learning process in the Department of Development Studies ITS.
Medical services
The general clinic provides medical consultations and physical examinations directly by general practitioners. It handles patients’ initial complaints and refers to specialist clinics if necessary.
Medical Center ITS is open Monday through Friday with the following operating hours:

Campus life
The ITS Student Dormitory offers international students a comfortable and convenient living space right on campus. Sports facilities
