History
Fenerbahçe University, founded by Fenerbahçe Education, Culture, and Health Foundation, gained its legal personality with the law published in the Official Gazette dated 24 November 2016.
Education
At the University, education proceeds at 7 undergraduate level faculties in 33 departments in total and in 15 programs within the Vocational School of Health Services. Additionally, in the Graduate Education Institute there are 19 master’s and 2 doctorate programme.
Research
In line with the priority research areas of our country and region, rapidly adapting to the ever-changing and newly emerging technological conditions with our academic units and research centers, and to carry out qualified scientific research at national and international level that will contribute to social development in public-university-industry cooperation, to produce projects, to organize symposiums and congresses.
Career
Fenerbahçe University Alumni Unit was established to create common benefits by strengthening communication and cooperation between the university and alumni, to increase solidarity among alumni, to contribute to the individual and academic accumulation of students, and to support institutional development.

Overall Study Experience and Program Feedback
I really appreciated the supportive learning environment, experienced faculty, and the strong focus on practical clinical exposure throughout my studies. The curriculum was well-structured and emphasized evidence-based practice, which helped me build strong clinical reasoning and patient-management skills. I particularly valued the hands-on training, case discussions, and opportunities to work with diverse patient populations, as they prepared me for real-world clinical practice. One area that could be improved is the incorporation of more advanced digital learning tools, simulation-based training, and research-oriented activities to further enhance critical thinking and modern clinical competencies. Additionally, increased international collaborations and exchange opportunities would provide broader global exposure for students. Overall, my study experience was highly positive and transformative. It strengthened my academic foundation, professional confidence, and passion for physiotherapy, and prepared me to pursue advanced education and contribute meaningfully to the healthcare sector.

Medical services
Our infirmary, located on the lobby floor of our university campus, offers instant health services with a full-time nurse and a part-time physician. Our infirmary, which provides first and emergency assistance to our students against instant accidents during the day, ensures that they are referred to the relevant health institutions after the first aid and manages these procedures.

With its campus located in the center of the city, Fenerbahçe University offers a high-quality education life in a learning environment that embraces multiculturalism and diversity. Its facilities and well-equipped human resources in the academic field enable FBU to transform its students into individuals who produce value in the fields of science, technology, art, culture, and sports, who act as pioneers in social life and make a difference in every environment they enter, and who are sought after in business life.

Fenerbahçe University offers a wide range of sports opportunities. Currently boasting seventeen sports teams, our university establishes new teams based on student demand and needs, and provides opportunities for them to compete in interuniversity championships.
