Ankara Bilim University, which completed its actual establishment upon publication in the Official Gazette dated April 17, 2020 and numbered 31102, is a foundation university established on April 21, 2016, by the Turkish Productivity Foundation, a non-governmental organization.

Campus life
Ankara Bilim University also plans a series of activities that prepare and support its students for business and social life, as well as academic life.The Physical Education and Sports Center, which has been established primarily, aims to create an environment that fosters healthy lifestyle habits for its students, enrich campus life, and provide students with lifelong athletic skills through high-quality physical education, sports, and conditioning programs. The sports teams it has acquired participate in local leagues and competitions and tournaments organized by the University Sports Federation.
Sports facilities
The University aims to create an environment that fosters healthy lifestyles for its students through the Ankara Science and Sports Club, enriching campus life, and providing students with lifelong athletic skills through high-quality physical education, sports, and conditioning programs. Our Sports Club will also participate in local leagues and competitions and tournaments organized by the University Sports Federation with its sports teams in basketball, handball, tennis, mountaineering, and American football.

- It is a community of students and faculty from various faculties who come together to discuss books, express their ideas, and contribute to their personal development.
- Ankara Bilim University's Data Plus Community, founded in 2022, is responsible for carrying the Republic, entrusted to us young people by Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, forward.
- The student community was established to introduce the "electronic sports"—esports for short—and video game craze sweeping the world and our country to our university students, to achieve success in these fields, to organize events, and to contribute to cultural development.
