In February 2023, British University Vietnam (BUV) became the first university in Vietnam and ASEAN, standing amongst 22 universities outside of the UK to be awarded global quality accreditation by QAA after successfully completing its International Quality Review (IQR), a rigorous process which benchmarks global higher education institutions against international quality assurance standards.
Established in 2009, BUV provides teaching for 21 undergraduate programmes and 2 postgraduate programmes, including an MBA and Master of Business. 100% of graduates from BUV have a job or continue higher education within 3 months after graduation. With a wide network of over 500 enterprise partners across various industries, students benefit from internship programs starting from their first year.
BUV understands that, in order to be successful, knowledge alone is not enough, you need to be able to apply the knowledge learned in practice, building skills to solve problems and situations effectively.

Personally, I like this university at first, but when I actually enrolled in it, something changed my opinion. It is mostly about the programme I'm currently studying, which is Computer Science. It is fine but pretty boring when you are expecting interactive activities during class. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the teaching, facility quality and the friendliness of the lecturers.
Team work, collaboration and integrity capable employability and career skills
This is a good university regarding facilities and environment. They staff are friendly and kind, the food and space are good. There is barely anything to criticise, however, I have some opinions regarding the study programmes (my programme, Computer Science, for the least). First, the lecturers usually speedrun through the lessons without really going into detail into the stuff we are talking about in class. Another thing to talk about is there are barely any interactive quizzes or activities for us students to get to know each other. Other than that, I am done.

Located just a 25-minute drive from the center of Hanoi, Ecopark is recognised as a top-tier eco-urban area, deemed the most desirable in the northern region.
The BUV campus already has phase 1 and the first half of phase 2 completed with a total investment of $52 million, capable of accommodating 3,000 students. Each classroom at BUV is a smart “masterpiece,” incorporating educational technologies to maximize teaching activities and enhance interactions among students and with instructors. Specialized functional rooms with substantial investments include the Design and Game Programming classroom with cutting-edge equipment valued at up to $2 million and a 5-star standard Hotel Management classroom.
Additionally, BUV provides students with a gym, yoga room, as well as amenities such as a football field with imported grass from Belgium, basketball court, and badminton court, offering mental and physical health support services on-site.
