I liked how I could learn about detailed parts of Korea forestry field, especially about biotic(forest pests, wildlife, tree pathology etc)&abiotic(water&soil management, forest fires, atmosphere science etc)field. All bachelor courses are in Korean so if you want to study in this faculty, I recommend you to have high level of Korean. As a Korean student there are barely international students in this faculty so if you consider this part, it will be quite difficult.
I became interested in computer field and went to computer engineering department. I learned various computer fields and got the opportunity to study related fields in more depth and it was a good experience. By the time I graduated from my bachelor's degree, I was interested in graduate school because I felt I needed more in-depth study of the computer field I learned through research. However, I think that relatively little economic support and less networking are disadvantages.
