History
NCUT was originally established as a private institution in 1971. Later, the founders General Chang Ming and Ms. Wang Kuo-hsiu donated the school to the government as contribution to the society. In recognition of their contributions, they were awarded presidential honor by the then President Lee Teng-hui and President Chen Shiu-bian in 1992 and 2005 respectively

Housing services
You can choose to move out of college or live with student in accommodations. Living on campus means you can walk to your lessons, facilities and our restaurants. We offer on-campus accommodations including a newly renovated female dormitory situating near the main gate of campus and a brand new dormitory established in 2013.
