History
The present Acharya Nagarjuna University is not very far from the haloed spot, as it derives its moral and intellectual sustenance from Acharya Nagarjuna in which context the University has been renamed Acharya Nagarjuna University through the A.P. Universities (Amendment) Ordinance, 2004, promulgated by the Governor of Andhra Pradesh.

Career
The Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED) has been started in the university on 9 th September, 2014. The Centre operates only with the university funds.
Objectives:
- ImpartIng motivation, sharpening entrepreneurial traits and attitude
- Guiding project planning and development;
- Assisting in identifying various industrial opportunities, incentives and facilities;
- Organising seminars/ workshops/ lectures periodically by the bankers, Government agencies and successful entrepreneurs;
- Utilising the support of corporate companies and NoN Governmental organizations.

Title : Fantastic life of my University.
Actually I would like to admit PhD programme. Because it is my target to do PhD in English in the foreign countries. And my overall experience will be add newly in my life.
Great Academic Environment
My overall study experience was very positive. The faculty members were supportive and knowledgeable, and the curriculum provided both theoretical and practical understanding. The learning environment encouraged skill development and teamwork. Improvements can be made in providing more industry exposure and career guidance sessions

Library services
The Library has three floors and one Cellar. The total plinth area of the building is about 3,000 Square feet. The main functionaries of the library are the Circulation, Periodicals, Reference, Acquisition, Binding and Technical Sections apart from the Administrative and Computers Section.
ICT services
The Computer Centre provides a facility to the Students, Research Scholars and Faculty for computational assistance including Internet facility. The Centre also provides facility for the students to upload information in connection with fee reimbursement (EPASS) applications.
Medical services
The Health Centre was established in the University Campus in the year 1980. A full time Lady Medical Officer Dr.B.S.Jimmy Rani, M.B.B.S., was appointed on 12-10-1992, and also Homoeo Physician DrJ.Srinivasa Muni Swamy M.B.S.(Homoeo) was appointed on honorarium and attending to the medical need of Students, Research Scholars and Staff.
