Steinbeis SMI University Berlin is a subsidiary of the globally active Steinbeis Foundation, which – for over 150 years – has stood for innovation: first, in pioneering the world-renowned dual education approach, uniting classroom theory with on-site workplace experience, and now, with the launch of new cutting-edge business and engineering study programs.

At Steinbeis SMI University Berlin, we welcome students from all over the world to complete their studies in the beautiful district of Charlottenburg at our Berlin campus – a fantastic former factory overlooking the Spree River.
As we are an international university, we understand the intricacies involved in moving country to study and are qualified and eager to help potential students to do so. Alongside our exclusive providers, we organize visa applications, open blocked bank accounts, arrange health insurance coverage and even assist in housing searches. We want to take the pressure off our students to allow for a smooth and stress-free transition into their new life in Germany.
