The SAE Institute was founded in 1976 and since that time has become the world's largest creative media educational entities with 54 locations in 26 countries. SAE's curricula are carefully developed in cooperation with leading figures in the industry to meet the needs and qualifications of global creative media. Student services
As a student at the SAE Vienna you receive personal access to the SAE Student Store. There you will find a great range of discounts on equipment you might need for your studies as well as also benefitting from our cooperation with well-known media brands.
Housing services
We do not offer student accommodation.
ICT services
The light-filled top floor of the SAE campus houses the interdisciplinary Practice Area with fully-equipped workstations. You receive full time support, internet access and the possibility to lend out state of the art equipment.
Campus life
The seven-story campus in the heart of Vienna is light-filled and offers large open spaces for teaching, a greenbox, a radio studio, facilities for mixing film audio, a range of six audio studios that can be linked together, the ‘Kaisersaal’ hall for events and showcases and much more - all of which are requirements for an inviting atmosphere for study and creativity.
Do you need a short break or are you waiting for the other members of your project group? The well-appointed Student Lounge provides a range of comfortable places to sit or lie down, make a snack in the kitchen, or hang around at the end of the day for the DJ set.
