Since its foundation in 1999, École Ducasse has become an internationally-renowned exponent of teaching culinary and pastry arts, driven by the vision and energy of the iconic chef Alain Ducasse.
Education
Founded by the 20 Michelin star chef Alain Ducasse in 1999, today École Ducasse symbolizes Chef Ducasse’s philosophy for sustainable and mindful gastronomy. We are a global reference point for gastronomic education, awarded World’s Best Culinary Training Institution at the 2023 World Culinary Awards.
Three schools in France – Paris Studio, Paris Campus and École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie – are supplemented by international schools in the Philippines, India, Thailand and UAE. In 2023 alone, these campuses welcomed more than 2,800 students[MC1] , from food enthusiasts to seasoned professionals, all of them united by their shared passion for gastronomy.

Good
The University was flexible doing my internship. I enjoyed doing the internship, being back in Zagreb, and also teaching (or at least trying to teach children) German and History made a lot of fun. I met a lot of new people, and i enjoyed my stay.
Housing services
The new flagship campus of École Ducasse occupies a purpose-built, 5,000 sq. m space in the Parisian suburb of Meudon. Due to open in September 2020, the Paris Campus is set to become the global standard for training in culinary and pastry arts.
