Azerbaijan State University of Economics, which was founded in 1930,is one of the largest higher education institutions in the Southern Caucasus.There are 9 faculties operating at UNEC with more than 18.000 students studying on 21 specialities.

Library services
UNEC has the Major Library at the main academic building and also libraries with the rich book fund at the 2, 3 and 4 academic buildings and reading halls. Service department, Acquisition and Catalogue department, Bibliography, Reading hall are operating under the library. UNEC has also E-Library and Library 24/7.
ICT services
UNEC has local network of the University with access to the Global Internet network. UNEC provides high speed internet network at all academic buildings and placement of information stalls. There is and Teacher’s Personal Cabinet at UNEC’s official webpage. Students can get all informations about their academic studies such as seminar materials, grades, final grades,presentations and etc.
