Education
IPU offers a range of psychoanalytically and psychodynamically based programmes, including a bachelor’s in psychology and clinical master’s degrees in both English and German. The German track includes a licensing examination for further psychotherapeutic training. Additionally, there is the option to enrol on the English-language master’s in organizational psychology. Part-time programmes in German include a master’s in interdisciplinary psychotherapy and a master’s in leadership and consulting with an emphasis on organizational consultancy.
Research
Research at the IPU is orientated towards the interaction between clinical and non-clinical perspectives. Most of the numerous and sometimes high-calibre research projects are grouped into the three main areas of psychotherapy research, transformation research and concept research. You can find our database on our website.
