Services

Student services

Since DAES students come from very different areas of the world and may, at least initially, experience language difficulties, the Foundation offers assistance in view of helping DAES students to integrate into the Italian context and culture.

In particular, DAES students coming from non-EU countries are granted qualified support as to procedures relating to permit-of-stay application.

Housing services

  • Accommodation and, more generally, living standards are very important aspects in the light of ensuring an enjoyable stay in Parma during the academic year.
  • The European College of Parma Foundation offers a dynamic and reassuring environment, where students from different countries and cultures get to know it each other.

Student Life

Campus life

  • Thanks to its central geographical location, Parma is only 30-minutes away from the Salsomaggiore spa, famous for its salt-bromide-iodine waters, liberty style buildings and high-quality accommodation, or from the Apennines which rise to an altitude of 1,500 meters and are scattered with lakes.
  • Parma is less than one hundred kilometres from the picturesque Liguria coastline or Lake Garda, or even Milan or Bologna. Again, the cities of Venice and Florence or the Alpine ski resorts are just two hours by car.

The European College of Parma it's a unique post-graduate program, unfortunately due to the current pandemic we were not able to have lessons in presence but the interactions between colleagues and professor was extremely good!
