Student services

Our team of talented teachers and welfare staff is great at providing a home-from-home environment for international students, meaning that you have continuous support for settling in and fulfilling your potential.

Every student at CATS is assigned a Personal Tutor (PT) to make sure that you are happy and able to fulfil your potential, and together with about 15 other students this will form your Personal Tutor Group. Your PT will guide and assist you in all areas of life at the school, and you will regularly meet to discuss your personal development – from personal wellbeing to aims and targets, challenges and accomplishments.

Housing services

Cambridge

Our boarding facilities provide you with a home-from-home, with over 230 single en-suite rooms on campus ensuring that you are comfortable.

Canterbury

Our boarding facilities provide you with a home-from-home, with over 220 single en-suite rooms on ensuring that you are comfortable, safe and secure. We also offer catered or self-catered accommodation for over 18s – allowing you to be more independent and preparing you for life at university.

London

With the CATS London accommodation only a short three minutes’ walk or 15 minute underground journey from the main campus building, you will be safe, secure and get a great introduction to living in London.

Library services

The school library is available onsite and has a growing collection of books, magazines, DVDs, careers and university information which you can borrow. There are also study tables, work stations and a digital library with personal computers and a colour photocopier/printer.

ICT services

All of our residences have internet available either via cable connection in your room, or in most cases, via wireless. 

Medical services

Our fully trained onsite medical staff manage the Health Centre and provide support including – medicine and health advice, information on diet and healthy living, assessing and providing treatment if required, making referrals to Doctors, Dentists and other specialists.

Campus life

The campus is made up of three beautiful period buildings on five floors with amazing Georgian features and modern teaching technology – allowing you to enjoy learning with amazing facilities.

Great location

You can benefit from CATS’ great central location by visiting the many cultural institutions nearby, such as the British Museum, the British Library, Tate Modern, British Medical Association and the Old Bailey law courts.

Study in the heart of academic London 

The CATS campus is centrally based in the heart of academic London. You will be close to the prestigious University of London Colleges, as well as having the opportunity to explore future career options in offices of Law, Business, Finance and Medicine. 

Sports facilities

Sports include:

Basketball, Yoga, Fitness class, Zumba, Rugby, Intercollege football, Girls football, Holiday events, (e.g. paintballing, bowling, ice skating)

Student clubs

We run over 20 different activities each week – from sport clubs to academic and self-development activities, all of which are great for your university application. We encourage all of our students to join in with their peers and have fun, be it Debating, Chess, Meditation or Reading club.
