Services Available

Counter service, including cashiering functions, is available on the Richmond, Surrey and Langley campuses. In addition to providing one-on-one assistance in-person at the front counters, the SES team provides telephone and email support to students.

SES provides the following Front Counter services on the Richmond, Surrey and Langley campuses*:

• Transcript Requests & Pick-ups
• Advising & Testing Appointment Bookings
• Graduation Information

Since KPU does not provide on-campus housing facilities, all students arriving from outside of the Metro Vancouver region will need to find a place to live. We are pleased to provide some suggestions to help you locate comfortable accommodation that best meets your needs.

Homestay programs allow students to live in a Canadian home as a member of the family. Students share meals with their hosts, participate in family activities and conversations, and establish friendships with people who can help make the adjustment to new surroundings much easier. KPU has a library on each of its four campuses. The largest library is on the Surrey campus with smaller program focused collections available in Richmond, Langley, and Cloverdale. KPU students and faculty have access to millions of items through the library, including online journal and newspaper articles, print and ebooks, streaming media and more.

KPU Counselling provides confidential services to students on a range of issues, such as:
