Catholic University of Applied Sciences, Mainz

In order to satisfy the requirements of the Bologna Process, the Institute of Applied Research and Relations (ifb) was founded on the 1st January 2009. The research and development of model projects in practice is considered to be of special significance at Mainz CUAS.

Around 1,300 men and women are studying at our university, on courses in the fields of social work, practical theology and healthcare and nursing.

Mainz CUAS is closely linked with two institutes. The Institute of Applied Research and International Relations (ifb) is your point of contact for research and advisory projects in the fields of applied health, social and welfare research, and in ecclesiastical social research. The development of international university cooperation and advice on internships and study stays abroad are further focuses of the institute's work.
