Oporto is internationally known for its port wine, bridges and its old and contemporary architecture. Its historical centre has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996. The city of Oporto is also a centre of educational and research excellence, standing out for its technological and scientific innovation which attracts students from all across the country and from overseas.
UPT is organized in five Departments: Law, Economics and Management, Science and Technology, Tourism, Heritage and Culture and Psychology and Education that teach 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycle programmes and post graduations, structured according to the Bologna Process. UPT aims to be a model in higher education, taking the advantages of the different department’s synergies. More than acquiring theoretical knowledge, the students have the chance to develop practical work and research projects, developing different kinds of skills that prepare them for jobs in future career and for living in a competitive global society.

I really like the world's auto, I did a Project European Semester
Portucalense University has very capable and dedicated professionals. Studying in this university allowed me to develop my critical spirit, especially when it comes to law. There are many ways of evaluation that allowed me to expand my way of communicating and to feel more comfortable in what could be stressful situations - for example Moot-Courts. Also, Portucalense University has many extracurricular opportunities that helped me understand how working with a field of law is on a day to day life.
I liked Because o didn't get even any experience, but when I studied that short course I have more experience, now I'm able to work in my area on a factory, or even in a big employment, thank to the University I got that
