The Namsan Residence hall that was built in February 2012 is a dormitory for enrolled students. The residence consists of 373 double rooms and 5 single rooms (for the disabled) furnished with modern facilities.Subsidiary facilities: Student lounges, seminar rooms, computer area, laundry room, gym, information plaza, cafeteria, convenience store, café.
The Conversation buddy program is a 1:1 buddy program which aims to help international students to improve Korean language proficiency and to adjust to living in Korea and studying at Dongguk. Your Student ID Card is a multi-functional smart card. It can be used at the Central Library (to enter and check-out books), as a transportation card (bus, subway) and as a pre-paid check card (cafeterias, campus stores).
The program I am currently enrolled in is Master in Marketing, I would say that this program is consumer behavior oriented. The reason that I am not 100% satisfied with the program because I wanted to learn more about modern marketing strategies.
All of the professors are easy to approach. They were really kind to students. When I had questions, I could come visit their offices whenever I wanted. Something that I did not like was that the course was not composed coherently and it was completely up to individuals to to organize their courses coherently.
