My professional Foundations
I loved the exchange oportunities
Well rounded programme
The Bio-nanotechnology program at Universidad La Salle Bajío (León campus) is, overall, a solid and well-structured academic program. It offers good professors, many of whom are knowledgeable and willing to teach, which allows students to build a strong foundation in different areas of the field. Like any university program, not everything is perfect, but the general balance is positive. One aspect worth mentioning is that the level of academic demand can sometimes feel inconsistent. At certain points, the program may seem less challenging than expected. However, this also creates an opportunity for students: those who are truly motivated and eager to learn can go beyond the minimum requirements and take full advantage of what the program offers. The resources are available; the level of learning largely depends on the student’s initiative. Beyond academics, the university provides a supportive environment for personal development. There are many opportunities to connect with students from other programs, participate in sports, and engage in extracurricular activities. This helps create a more complete university experience and encourages growth outside the classroom. In conclusion, the Bio-nanotechnology program at La Salle León is a well-designed program with capable professors and a balanced academic environment. It may not demand everything from you by default, but it responds well when students are committed and proactive. For those who are willing to put in the effort, the tools to learn and grow are there.

Experience at Ibero
The Universidad Iberoamericana is one of the top universities in Mexico, studying Industrial Engineering at Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México has been an incredible experience, marked by both academic rigor and personal growth. When COVID-19 hit, the university transitioned to online learning seamlessly. The professors and administration quickly adapted to the new reality, ensuring that classes continued without interruption. The transition was smooth, and the online platform was easy to navigate, which helped me stay on track with my studies. One of the highlights of my time at Ibero was the opportunity to participate in an exchange program. The university offers excellent options for studying abroad, and I had the privilege of spending a semester in Lille, France. The exchange program was well-organized, and it was an enriching experience both academically and personally, as it allowed me to gain international exposure and broaden my horizons. Ibero also offers free language courses. The language courses are a fantastic resource, allowing the students to improve their language skills during their time at the university. Beyond academics, Ibero has a wealth of extracurricular activities available. From sports to theater, music, and gym facilities, there is something for everyone. I participated in basketball and flag football, which helped me stay active and build friendships. The campus is expansive and perfectly equipped with top tier laboratories and facilities that support both academic and extracurricular activities. The atmosphere is vibrant, and it’s easy to make friends thanks to the strong sense of community on campus. Overall, my experience at Universidad Iberoamericana has been amazing, and I feel prepared for the future, thanks to the world-class education, diverse opportunities, and the supportive environment the university offers.
