Universidad de Santiago de Chile has undergone institutional accreditation processes in three occasions, what reflects its commitment to quality. In 2003, it was accredited for three years and in 2008, it was accredited for six years in the five areas evaluated. In order to renew this certification, Universidad de Santiago carried out a thorough internal evaluation process in 2012 and 2013.
Outdated academic content. Even though it is one of the best universities in Chile, its educational system is restrictive, it does not allow exploring and seeking new horizons. The quality of the laboratories is poor along with the null interaction with the business environment.
