Excellent Institution with Room for Growth
As a student of Nutrition at UNA, I’ve had a rewarding academic journey enriched by practical experiences and knowledgeable professors. The university fosters a welcoming environment, encouraging innovation and critical thinking. The facilities are generally good, though some could benefit from modernization to better support hands-on learning. UNA’s career-focused approach, combined with opportunities for extracurricular involvement, has prepared me well for the professional world. Overall, a fantastic place to study, but there’s always room for improvement in infrastructure and resource accessibility.
Quality brazilian education
Although the quality of the university is undeniable, due to the variety of internships, research and extracurricular opportunities, Psychology is taught in a somewhat shallow manner. There are few courses neuroscience-related and clinical Psychology is majorly associated with psychoanalysis among others non-scientific methods. This counters the global tendency of reinforcing evidence based theories and practices within Psychology. In addition, the lack of methodology and statistics classes is a crucial downfall.
Graduate
It was good. I learned many things about countries, war, peace.
