What i like about my school
The school provides an opportunity for growth for individuals and plays a very crucial role in the network between companies and students, as lecturing is shared between full-time lecturers and industrial experts.
My studies at JUNIA
Great efforts were put to welcome international students and help with administrative procedures. The classes are very practical, structured and easy to understand. Working in multicultural groups with others students has also been a great experience to see various perspectives. On the other hand, it has it fair share of challenges. The various projects and case studies help to appreciate the courses being considered.
As a student in ISA Lille...
The way of teaching and learning at ISA Lille is excellent. There are a lot of self directed projects which helps you to learn how to work on your own. Also, teaching is not just theory based but rather more practical which helps with a better understanding of a particular programme.
Student services
- Each year, JUNIA welcomes international students coming from all around the world.
- Arriving in a new country can be stressful. This is why we are doing our best to make your stay as easy as possible and help you with your formalities: housing, insurance, visa, bank, health care, etc. JUNIA Globe, a student association, supports the international students as much as the International Student Office.
Housing services
We recommend that students book a room in a Lille Catholic University Residence Hall. These residences are managed by an organisation named ALL and are the most convenient way for our students to find housing in Lille.
If you cannot find an accomodation with ALL do not worry, there also is:
- Studapart, an all-inclusive online housing platform. This housing service also offers personalised support throughout your rental and exclusive offers for JUNIA students.
- Livinfrance which offers rental accommodations and also assistance for every administrative procedure to help you succeed in your studies in France.
Students are responsible for reserving a room, so be sure to apply as soon as possible.
Library services
- Linked to the campus's main library, BU Vauban, you can find the ISA Library inside the school, on the ground floor. You will be able to find lots of books and magazines linked to all the topics you will study.
- The reading rooms are open to all students and staff from all institutions of the Université Catholique de Lille.
You can follow @bibliojunia on Instagram for more information.
Medical services
Students can benefit from a health care service at the heart of the campus called CPSU.
You will be able to make an appointment easily with doctors and specialists nearby, at lower cost.
In France, we also have an app called Doctolib on which you can see doctors' calendars and make appointments, which is very practical.
