Recreation CentreReducing stress through sport, exercise and social activity

There are a wide range of sporting, recreational and social events and activities provided throughout the College year. The Recreation and Events program aims to enhance academic studies by providing a balance between study and recreation. The program aims to reduce stress through sport, exercise and social activity.

The College offers students an informal program in which a range of activities are offered throughout the year. Andrew Wilson, the Recreation Officer is always open to suggestions for new programs and is freely available to advise on personalised programs.

The equipment and facilities which are available to students include:
