Student services

Universidade de São Paulo has an International Cooperation Office whose aim is to promote students, faculty and researchers’ mobility by enhancing cooperation and helping with mobility logistics. Nowadays, USP has over 1,000 international agreements with several institutions all over the world. Students and faculty members enjoy a multicultural environment with people of different cultural backgrounds.

Housing services

USP does not have housing facilities for exchange students, but there is a listing of accommodation places offered by families and students (enrolled as well as alumni) interested in receiving foreign students at their houses. The exchange students handle their reservation and financial matters directly with the landlords.

It was a incredible experience. My university is the best on my country, and one of the hardest as well.

The University of Sao Paulo is the best in Brazil. The courses are enriching and provide you with a solid knowledge background. There are many laboratories and a multitude of researches being developed by talented people. However, due to a lack of fundings, it is hard to follow through with our work.

Brazilian's best!

It's a huge university that offers plenty of opportunities of socializing for international students. It has great professors, although the infrastructure has a lot of room for improvement. It can often be hard to contact the university management, even though the staff does its best with the little funding they have.
