History
Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz came into existence on September 1, 2005. However the history of the University dates back to 1969 when the Teachers’ Training College was founded.

About 8 thousand study at UKW students at undergraduate, engineering, master's, postgraduate, doctoral and doctoral school . We combine theory and practice, enabling students to gain professional experience while they are still in education.

I really enjoyed my time in this univeristy, they made us feel very welcomed.
Continuation of the Bachelor degree.
The University was just a continuation of the Bachelor degree. Some subjects were new but mostly they were the same.
Uniwersytet Kazimierza Wielkiego w Bydgoszczy
This place is very friendly. There are a lot of helpful lecturer and you can get a lot of useful knowledge, but there are some lecturers who are not this helpful. On the university organization doesn't always work well, sometimes you need a lot of patience to get things done in the dean's office. After all I can recommend this place, but you need to have a lot of patience.

Housing services
The University of Casimir the Great in Bydgoszcz has two student houses in the city center at ul. ?uzycka, close to the campus of the university, offering students a total of 600 places.
Library services
We would like to inform you that on June 8th 2020, The Library of Kazimierz Wielki University resumed lending books and partly enabled access to reading rooms for UKW employees and students. Before visiting the library please read the included attachment to learn about the new rules.
Student clubs
Pursuant to the Statute of the University of Kazimierz Wielki, students have the right to associate with university student organizations. Organizations join social activities and organize cultural life at the university.Activity in student organizations is a great way to acquire many necessary skills: teamwork, team management, organization of time and responsibility. Employers often reward people who have in their CVs a thread related to the activities of student organizations. By belonging to these organizations, you can certainly spend some useful time studying.
