The Summer University of Tampere is administered by the Association of the Summer University of Tampere ry (established in 1955), which is composed of all regional institutions of higher education, municipalities, and individual members. Our operational area includes 22 municipalities in the Pirkanmaa region.
Annually about 4,000 students take part in our different short or long courses. Taken together, we teach approximately 15,000 lessons per year.
