Services
Student services
Our Campus Life and Student Services Offices are located directly at the Learning Centre (SLC) in our Gland Campus. This location just a step from our seminar rooms and lecture theaters allows student to have an efficient and fast communication with our Registrar and Student Services teams, supporting students with their daily questions and queries.
Housing services
SUMAS new Learning Centre (SLC), located directly across SUMAS Green Research Centre & Offices offers on-site accommodation to students as well as houses a bakery, gym, physio center, and a supermarket. Moreover, SUMAS also offers two other student residences door-to-door with our campus in Gland, within a 30-seconds walk.
Library services
SUMAS Students have access to the in-campus IUCN Library at the Swiss Conservation Center as well as to the United Nations Library in the center of Geneva.
Medical services
Our SLC building is within walking distance from General Practitioners, specialist doctors as well as from a physiotherapist. Moreover, it hosts an in-campus gym facility.
Student Life
Campus life
SUMAS new learning campus, located directly across SUMAS Offices, includes brand new on-campus accommodation for students, state of the art new lecture and seminar classrooms, gym facilities and a nifty sandwicherie where students can enjoy a quick bite before or after lectures. Students and lecturers also have access to a reception, café area as well as various common areas where they are able to socialize and exchange ideas over a cup of coffee or tea.
Sports facilities
Students can access the gym located at the SLC building at an extra cost.
Student clubs
The SUMAS Student Council is a group of students who plan various events to enrich everyone's experience and to promote SUMAS's mission and values amongst students and society. The council also acts as a liaison between students, the faculty and administration.
