And you will have fun, too.Student life offers you a wealth of opportunities, not only academic, but also social and cultural. It is therefore important that you not only study hard but that you also enjoy your time with us.
The libraries in Nicosia and Limassol are stocked with the latest editions of all relevant books. Lending and reference facilities are available. All books are listed on computer databases for easy access to students.
Premises in both Nicosia and Limassol are designed to support high-quality, interactive teaching. Classrooms are small and dynamic, fitted with audio-visual equipment (projector, surround system), smart boards, comfortable chairs, and spacious desks. We have state-of-the-art learning resource rooms and free, fast internet throughout our buildings.
CIM operates two campuses: a campus in Nicosia, established in 1978, and a campus in Limassol, Cyprus’s second largest city and a thriving business centre, since 1984.
Our students are at the heart of everything we do. CIM students are active learners in the classroom and they are also actively involved in the Institute’s academic and strategic decision making through their representation in committees and the Council. When you join CIM, you automatically become member of the CIM Student Union, an autonomous and entirely student-run body that puts together social, cultural, educational, and sport events.
What works : Great program content. Helpful, responsive staff. What doesn't work : Rigid scheduling of exams (for a program that is billed as flexible and customisable). No mid-term (too long wait between exams: only one session every six months). Exam results take too long.
Studying at CIM has been a great experience as the lecturers there are highly supportive and willing to help in whatever the students need.
The study materials are flexible to meet the learners need in order to success in his/her chosen career. They are highly designed quality materials, permit self-determination towards a learner's academic success. The only challenge facing oversees students from less developed countries; is the weak local cover when looking for Euros to pay for fees.
