As a way of contributing to their academic, cultural and personal enrichment, the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu offers its students, teachers and non-teaching staff the opportunity to apply for an international study or work experience.

‘Centre for the Study of Education, Technologies and Health’ (CSETH):
CSETH is aimed at developing research in the fields of Education Sciences, Health, Technologies and Management. This R&D Unit is organised in two research groups:
- Group A: Education, Health and Social Development;
- Group B: Engineering, Technologies and Management.

Path to achieve
I've studied bachelor degree for 4 years at pmist in biotechnology. learning about biotechnology in my university is much more interesting than other universities. Done a many projects and handled many instruments in my university make a well talented person in practical work.

I liked the contents of my degree, how it's scheduled and how it's given to the students. I'd say that it's a positive feedback for me. What would i improve? Maybe to give students more time to do the assignments

Housing services
International students received in the framework of mobility programmes will be offered the possibility of being accommodated at student hall of the Polytechnic (Campus). As the number of rooms is limited, reservations are made on a "first come, first served" basis. Information on accommodation prices and conditions (set annually) can be obtained through the International Office of the Polytechnic Institute (see accommodation forms – forms section).
