Academic Requirements

To be admitted, the applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree of a recognized university or equivalent qualification in biology or biochemistry (180 ECTS credit points).

If this degree was not obtained at the University of Zurich, the Faculty of Science will decide about admission, which can depend on the fulfillment of additional conditions or workload.

Modules and workload in the track record must be similar to those of a Bachelor’s degree in biology or biochemistry at the University of Zurich, and the university must be recognized by the University of Zurich. Additionally, a proof of adequate performance in English is required.
