Is this course for me?
The Leadership and Management in Education of Trinity College Dublin has a taught component and a research component. It may be taken on a full-time or part-time basis. The taught component comprises five modules including the common M. Ed. module on Academic Literacy and Research Methods module. It also includes four distinct strand modules each including 20 hours of direct contact time. The research component include a 20,000-word dissertation, completed under the guidance of a supervisor.

- All applicants should have a minimum of 5 years employment experience in an educational setting with a leadership and management aspect to their role.
- An up-to-date CV
- A true copy of the transcripts for your primary degree
- Two academic reference (e.g. from lecturers/professors who have taught you)
- In addition, applicants to the full-time route to M.Ed. must submit a description of the area of research interest
- Students who have not studied their primary degree through the medium of English must also submit a certificate of competence in English
