Overview

The Public Administration course at University of Nicosia prepares students to deal with real-world problems and challenges and make the best out of emerging opportunities in public services organizations. Graduates shall be able to work as executives, managers and/or policy analysts in whole spectrum of public services organizations (i.e. national government, local government, non-governmental organizations, and the nonprofit sector).

It maintains an interdisciplinary approach to public administration and public management. Modules include public policy making, management and implementation. Focus is also placed on systematic research on case studies in Europe, the US and the rest of the world.

The minimum general requirement for admission to the post-graduate degree programme is a Bachelor Degree from a recognised university.

Αpplicants must also satisfy the following requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in the administrative sciences, economics, political science, law or any other relevant degree (relevance will be assessed accordingly).

Good knowledge of English language*

Τwo recommendation letters.

A letter by the prospective student expressing his/her interest in following the program, including his/her CV.
