By the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Identify factors that influence effectiveness, safety and rational use of medicines.
- Participate and lead policy-making decisions in the fields of hospital pharmacy, Pharmacoeconomics, industrial pharmacy, pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance and Qualified Persons Requirements.

General requirements
Applicants must be in possession of:
- a Bachelor degree in Pharmacy with at least Second Class Honours or
- the degree of Master of Pharmacy or
- the degree of Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Technology with at least Second Class Honours or
- a Bachelor degree with at least Second Class Honours in any other area of study which the Board deems to be relevant, or the degree of Doctor of Medicine and Surgery obtained at least two years prior to registration in the Course, or the degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery or
- the degree of Master of Dental Surgery awarded from July 2018 onwards or
- a Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or in any other area which the Board deems to be relevant, obtained with Third Class Honours, if they are also in possession of other qualifications, including relevant experience, obtained following the first cycle degree.
